Authentic Connection Groupwork: A big part of what makes this retreat different is the recognition that each participant has value to add to the shared experience of the group. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts, and through our dedicated time and focus on building community within the group, we hope each person walks away feeling the sacredness of the time spent together.
Group Past-Life Regression: Experience powerful guided past-life regressions that will help you unlock memories of your indigenous lifetimes, your connection with Earth and Cosmos, and discovering your connection with other participants.
Tour Mystery Valley with a Navajo Guide: Mystery Valley is a place Navajo people believe holds a great spiritual power. Explore ancient ruins, petroglyphs, and learn about the lifestyle of both the Navajo and the lost Anasazi Tribe and their knowledge. We'll also see evidence of astrology preserved on the walls!
Hike to a Vortex for Breathwork and Activation: We will do a moderate hike up to the vortex to connect with powerful Earth energies. There, you will be guided in the technique of breathwork to support you in raising your frequency to reexperience Unity Consciousness.
Group Meditations at Sacred Sites: We'll go through a collection of guided meditations to meet with our spirit guides, move into the sacred space of the heart, and access the akashic records to activate our DNA, our Merkabah, and multidimensional awareness.
CE-5 Meditation & Stargazing: Our group will use Dr. Steven Greer's CE5 protocols, to assist the group in peaceful and benevolent contact with advanced intra or extraterrestrial beings through meditation, intention, and telepathic communication.

Who Is Leading This Retreat?

This retreat is hosted by Katie Christensen, who will be facilitating the journey for everyone. Katie is a past-life regressionist, hypnotist, light language energy healer, and pilot. All of you is welcomed. You will be met with compassion, understanding, and encouragement to embrace your authenticity as she supports you on your path to spiritual freedom.
Before leaving aviation, Katie had chaired an airline's trauma-response program for 4,500 flight attendants to provide psychological first-aid to flight crewmembers affected by work-related events such as passenger deaths, emergency landings, bomb threats, physical assaults, mechanical failures, crew incapacitation, witnessing plane crashes, perceived threats to life, etc. She trained and developed a team of 40 pilots and flight attendants on trauma response, grief, suicide intervention, and transformation.
After leaving aviation, Katie carried her skillset over into past-life regression, hypnosis, and helping people heal themselves through non-drug altered states of consciousness. Through hypnosis journeys, she has witnessed many miracles of instantaneous healing, people releasing trauma and experiencing an immediate change in their life trajectory (herself included), clients gaining full access to channeling and other psychic gifts, lost knowledge finding its way back into our present time, and timelines shifting as a result.
After attending many workshops and retreats herself over the years, it became clear that the most successful retreats were those that fostered safety in vulnerability, a sense of belonging, and playfulness because they resulted in friendships that extended far beyond the expiration of the group. This is why this retreat has space built into each day to allow for each of us to connect with others, and ourselves.

This sacred journey is designed for individuals who wish to live from a place of connectedness as much as they can, and can also recognize that sometimes that's hard to do. You don't have to be anything other than who you are. You don't have to have all the answers. You don't have to pretend like you are all love and light. Your wholeness is welcomed, your honesty is refreshing, your presence is cherished. It takes courage to be yourself. Wherever you are in the eb and flow of life know that you are welcomed, invited, and very much needed if you feel the call to participate. To find out more about Katie click here.
Katie is partnering with local Navajo guides to take our group into Mystery Valley, to share with us their culture, their history, and the living oral traditions that have been passed down. There are many companies to choose from in Monument Valley. Katie has personally vetted these guides to ensure you have access to the real deal. These are very spiritual people who have done an incredible job preserving wisdom for our time now, so that humanity can come piece together the key to living in harmony with nature, animals, each other, and ourselves.

Marek Ziebinski is also helping co-facilitate the retreat. Marek is a yogi who has a passion for helping people get unstuck on their path. What really excites him about travel is culture; specifically ways of being on a community-scale that promote harmony and connectedness. With a background in physics and engineering, he brings a unique perspective to every retreat and ancient site we visit. Marek has been meditating for over ten years, and has remembered nearly 50 past-lived through past-life regressions, QHHT sessions, dreams, and self-hypnosis. The first-hand experience he has to help people tap-in is invaluable, so be sure to ask him any questions you have if you catch yourself getting stuck. He will be leading the breathwork and intuitively guiding you to remember the your inner connection.
