If you are searching for a past life regression in Colorado, you may find several experiences described with similar language: past life regression, spiritual regression, quantum hypnosis, QHHT, BQH, group regression and private regression.
While these experiences may have some elements in common, the amount of time, depth, interaction and personalized guidance included can be very different.
Even the phrase one-on-one past life regression can mean different things. In one session, your practitioner may have an ongoing dialogue with you throughout the journey, asking questions that respond to the specific memories and scenes you are describing. In another private session, you may receive the same general prompts commonly used in a group regression, with little additional interaction while you are in the hypnotic state.
Neither approach is inherently better. The right choice depends on the kind of experience you want, how comfortable you are navigating inner journeys independently and what is actually included in the session.
This guide will help you compare the different types of past life regression available in Colorado, understand what affects the cost and know what to ask before choosing a practitioner.
What Is a Past Life Regression?

A past life regression is a guided experience that uses relaxation, focused attention and hypnosis to help you explore a story, memory or inner experience that appears to come from another lifetime.
Some people understand these experiences as memories of actual incarnations. Others relate to them as symbolic stories created by the subconscious to communicate something meaningful about their present lives.
You do not have to decide exactly what the experience is before participating. You can approach it with curiosity and allow the meaning to become clear through the emotions, relationships, patterns and insights that arise.
A past life regression may help you explore questions such as:
Why does a particular place or time period feel familiar?
Why do I experience a recurring relationship pattern?
Where does an unexplained fear or emotional response come from?
What qualities or abilities have I expressed in other lifetimes?
Is there a larger theme connecting different chapters of my life?
What does my consciousness want me to understand right now?
The experience is subjective and personal. A responsible practitioner should help you explore what arises without pressuring you to interpret every image as literal history.
Past Life Regression, QHHT and BQH Are Not the Same Experience
A traditional past life regression usually focuses on exploring one lifetime or story. It may be offered privately, in a group or through a prerecorded journey.
QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a longer in-person process developed by Dolores Cannon. A QHHT session includes regression, but it also includes dedicated time for questions and communication with the aspect of consciousness commonly called the Higher Self or Subconscious.
BQH, or Beyond Quantum Healing, is a separate modality that can be conducted remotely. Like QHHT, it may include past life exploration, Higher Self communication, energy work and other experiences within consciousness, depending on the practitioner’s approach.
Official QHHT sessions are required to be conducted in person. When someone offers remote quantum hypnosis, ask whether the session is BQH, spiritual hypnosis or another method designed for online use rather than assuming it is official QHHT.
For a more detailed explanation, read Can QHHT Be Done Remotely?
Comparing the Different Types of Past Life Regression
The length of the full appointment and the amount of time spent within the actual regression are not always the same.
A session may include an introductory conversation, intention setting, relaxation exercises, hypnosis, debriefing and integration. When comparing options, ask both how long the entire appointment lasts and how much of that time is spent actively exploring your journey.
Session type | How the experience is facilitated | Approximate time within the journey | May be well suited for |
Group past life regression | Everyone follows the same sequence of prompts. There is usually no individualized dialogue during the regression. | About 45 minutes | Beginners, community experiences and general spiritual exploration |
Privately guided past life regression | The practitioner listens to what you are experiencing and asks questions based on the people, places, emotions and events you describe. | About 90 minutes | People who want a personalized journey, responsive support or deeper exploration |
Private scripted regression | The practitioner guides you through a predetermined sequence with limited interaction while you are hypnotized. | About 30 to 45 minutes | People who value privacy and are comfortable navigating inner scenes independently |
QHHT | An extended, individually facilitated session that includes regression and communication with the Higher Self or Subconscious. | Often 90 to 120 minutes of recorded hypnosis | People seeking a longer, personalized experience and space for present life questions |
BQH or another remote quantum hypnosis method | An online session that may include regression, responsive dialogue, Higher Self communication and energy work. | Varies | People who cannot travel or prefer participating from their own environment |
These times are approximate. Every practitioner structures their sessions differently, which is why it is important to ask what the advertised session length actually includes.
Group Past Life Regression
A group regression gives everyone an opportunity to explore their past lives at the same time. The practitioner guides the group through a shared series of prompts, but participants have their own individual experiences.
A group experience often includes approximately 45 minutes within the past life memory itself. During that time, you may be guided to notice your surroundings, appearance, relationships, significant moments and the conclusion or lesson of the lifetime.
Because the practitioner is guiding multiple people at once, they cannot stop and ask questions based on each participant’s individual experience. You are responsible for following what appears and deciding where to place your attention.
Group regressions can be, and often are, incredibly insightful and life-changing. I’ve had clients who recalled specific memories of a lifetime connected with a physical location, and decided to quit their job and move to pursue the dreams that had been calling them because of the greenlight they received working with their guides and past-life at one of my group events. Everyone experiences it differently, and no two meditations are alike, but with that said each time you practice getting into that quantum space, you strengthen your connection from within to your inner knowing, guidance, and gifts.
The primary limitation of a group regression is that the practitioner cannot personally investigate the details of your unique journey while it is occurring, because of managing the general group’s progression through the journey.
Privately Guided Past Life Regression

In a privately guided regression (Dolores Cannon style), the practitioner responds to your experience in real time.
You describe what you are seeing, feeling or sensing while you remain in a hypnotic state. The practitioner listens carefully and asks follow-up questions to further interact with the memory/insight. Â Â
For example, if you mention a person standing across the room, the practitioner may ask:
Who is this person to you?
How do you feel in their presence?
What do you notice about the relationship?
Is there something unspoken between you?
What happens next?
Is this person connected to anyone in your current life?
The questions are not intended to tell you what the experience means. They help you remain curious and explore details you may not think to investigate on your own.
This responsive dialogue can help you:
Stay with an important scene long enough to understand it
Explore relationships and emotional dynamics in greater depth
Follow unexpected changes in the journey
Move between significant moments in the lifetime
Notice connections to your present life
Receive support when an experience feels confusing or intense
Preserve the details through a recording of your spoken experience
In the privately guided regressions I offer, approximately 90 minutes is dedicated to the actual past life journey. The full appointment also includes time before and after the regression totaling roughly 2.5 to 3 hours.
Private Does Not Always Mean Individually Guided
One of the most important questions to ask before booking with a practitioner is whether your private regression will include an ongoing spoken-out-loud dialogue while you are hypnotized. Some private sessions use a standardized script or predetermined sequence of prompts. The practitioner may guide you into the experience and remain present, but offer little or no interaction based on what you are describing.
In practical terms, the hypnotic portion may closely resemble a group past life regression, except that you are completing it privately. There is nothing inherently wrong with this format. I have personally experienced meaningful results from both interactive regressions and lightly guided journeys.
A scripted private regression may be especially valuable when you are already comfortable journeying independently. You may know how to remain with a scene, follow a change in energy, explore a relationship or move toward the next important moment without needing another person to prompt you.
However, someone without much experience navigating altered states may expect a private session to include personalized guidance. That person could feel disappointed to discover that they received the same generalized prompts found in a group experience, without opportunities for the practitioner to respond to the specific journey unfolding.
One downfall of scripted, non-dialogue based private regressions is that there is no recording for you to listen to later, so if you don’t remember your experience when you come out, there’s no way to reflect and analyze it’s messages.
Will Your Past Life Regression Be Recorded?
Ask whether the hypnotic portion of your session will be recorded and exactly what the recording will contain.
In an interactive regression, the recording may capture:
Your descriptions of the lifetime
Your emotional reactions
The practitioner’s questions
Important relationships and scenes
The movement between different moments
Insights that arise near the end
Connections you recognize with your current life
This allows you to return to the session later and notice details you may not consciously remember afterward.
It is common to remain aware during hypnosis, but your attention is directed inward. Just as the details of a dream may fade after waking, some elements of a regression may become less vivid after the session ends. A recording gives you an opportunity to listen again after you have had time to integrate the initial experience.
A private session is not automatically recorded, and a recording is not always included in the advertised price. Ask whether you will receive the full recording, how it will be delivered and how long it will remain available for download. In my sessions, clients receive the full recording after the induction. It is delivered within 48 hours via Google Drive, and available to download for 30 days to allow for ample time to transfer it onto your device.
Â
Questions to Ask About the Private Format
Before reserving a one-on-one past life regression, consider asking:
Will we have an ongoing dialogue while I am hypnotized?
Will you ask questions based on what I am describing?
Will you help me explore important scenes, relationships and transitions?
Is the journey personalized as it unfolds?
Do you primarily follow a standard script?
Approximately how long will I spend within the past life memory?
How long is the entire appointment?
Will my spoken experience and our dialogue be recorded?
Is the recording included in the session price?
How does your private regression differ from your group regression?
A practitioner should be able to explain how the session is facilitated and what additional value the private format provides.
What Happens During a QHHT Session?

QHHT is a more extensive experience than a standard past life regression.
The appointment includes a detailed conversation before hypnosis so the practitioner can understand your life, intentions and questions. The hypnotic portion may include exploring one or more lifetimes, transitioning beyond the lifetime and establishing communication with the Higher Self or Subconscious.
At Connected From Within, a complete in-person QHHT appointment generally takes on average 5 hours. The recorded hypnosis portion is typically 90 to 120 minutes and includes both regression and dedicated time for Higher Self communication.
Because I already have a separate article explaining the complete process, I will not repeat the full session timeline here.
For a step-by-step description, read What to Expect During a QHHT Session.
How Much Does Past Life Regression Cost in Colorado?
The cost of a past life regression in Colorado depends heavily on the type of session you choose.
Publicly listed Colorado prices I reviewed in July 2026 ranged from $250 for a private 45 minute past life regression to $400 for a 90 minute regression, while QHHT sessions in Denver and the front range typically range between $500-$750 with Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners. These examples do not represent every practitioner or establish a standard market rate, but show how much prices can vary based on the practitioner’s experience level, format, and scope of value offered.
Group regressions are generally less expensive because several people participate at once and the practitioner does not provide individual dialogue during the experience. These typically range from $30 to $60 to attend for 2-3 hour events.
A private scripted regression may cost more than a group event because you receive private time and space, even when the journey itself follows similar generalized prompts.
A privately guided regression may cost more because it requires ongoing attention, responsive questioning and more time within the memory.
QHHT sessions are generally among the more expensive options because they can take most of a day and include an extensive pre-session conversation, regression, Higher Self dialogue, recording and integration.
What Affects the Price?
When comparing prices, look beyond the number shown on the booking page.
The cost may reflect:
The total length of the appointment
Time spent within hypnosis
Group versus private facilitation
Scripted versus responsive guidance
The practitioner’s training and experience
Whether Higher Self dialogue is included
Whether the session is recorded
The quality and clarity of the recording
Preparation materials or exercises
Follow-up or integration support
Office, studio or facility expenses
Travel or location costs
A less expensive session is not automatically a lower-quality experience. A more expensive session is not automatically the right one for you.
The important question is whether you understand what you are purchasing and whether that structure matches what you want.
Are Free QHHT Sessions Available?
The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy lists newly trained Level 1 students as interns. QHHA requests that Level 1 interns not charge for sessions until they have completed at least 25 verified sessions. Voice coaching is not provided to students until they complete their Level 2 training.
A Level 1 practitioner has completed at least 25 verified sessions. A Level 2 practitioner has completed at least 25 verified sessions as well as additional advanced training. A Level 3 practitioner has completed at least 125 verified sessions and the Level 3 curriculum.
QHHA also makes clear that these levels are not intended to represent a simple hierarchy. They describe training and verified experience, but personal resonance and the practitioner’s individual background still matter. Practitioners beyond the intern level determine their own rates.
An intern session may be a helpful option when cost is the primary barrier. At the same time, you should consider how much experience and personalized support you want, particularly if you are nervous about hypnosis or anticipate emotionally complex material.
How to Choose a Past Life Regression Practitioner

Choosing a practitioner is not simply a matter of finding the person with the highest certification or the lowest price.
Hypnosis is a relational experience. Your ability to relax, communicate and follow what arises may be affected by whether you feel safe and understood in the practitioner’s presence.
Here are several factors to consider.
1. Ask About Their Specific Training
Ask what modality the practitioner is trained to offer.
Training in QHHT is not the same as training in BQH, clinical hypnotherapy, spiritual regression or another form of hypnosis. A practitioner may be trained in several approaches, but they should be able to name the method being used and explain how the session works.
When seeking official QHHT, verify that the practitioner appears in the QHHT practitioner directory. QHHA specifically directs clients to use its official listing and states that QHHT sessions must be conducted in person.
2. Ask How Much Experience They Have
A training certificate tells you that someone completed a course. It does not tell you how many sessions they have facilitated or what kinds of situations they have encountered.
Consider asking:
How many regressions have you facilitated?
How often do you currently offer sessions?
Do you have experience supporting people who struggle to visualize?
How do you respond when someone feels stuck or uncertain?
What happens if strong emotions arise?
Have you personally experienced the type of regression you offer?
First-hand experience as a client can give a practitioner insight into how vulnerable, surprising or subtle the process can feel.
3. Look for Responsive Rather Than Leading Questions
A practitioner can guide the exploration without deciding what you are supposed to see.
There is a meaningful difference between asking:
What do you notice about the person standing beside you?
and asking:
Is that person your current partner from a previous life?
The first question invites you to explore your own experience. The second introduces an interpretation that may not have arisen naturally.
Ask how the practitioner avoids inserting assumptions, identities or conclusions into the journey.
4. Understand Their Interpretation of Past Life Memories
You should not have to adopt a particular belief system to participate.
A grounded practitioner can create room for multiple interpretations. The experience may feel like a literal memory, a symbolic subconscious story, an energetic experience, an archetypal journey or some combination of these.
The meaning should emerge from your relationship with the experience rather than from pressure to prove what happened historically.
5. Pay Attention to Rapport
Notice how you feel when you communicate with the practitioner.
Do they listen carefully? Do they make room for your uncertainty? Can you ask practical or skeptical questions without feeling dismissed? Do they appear more interested in understanding your goals than persuading you to book?
The practitioner does not need to share every belief you hold, but you should feel able to communicate honestly with them.
6. Ask About Preparation and Integration
Preparation should help you understand the format and arrive with realistic expectations. It does not need to duplicate the entire session before you experience it.
Integration may include a debriefing conversation, journaling suggestions, access to your recording or an optional follow-up.
Ask what support is included before and after the regression and whether follow-up assistance costs extra.
For detailed preparation guidance, read How to Prepare for a Past Life Regression.
7. Clarify the Practitioner’s Scope
Some people seek regression for spiritual exploration. Others are looking for help with trauma, mental health symptoms or physical conditions.
Ask whether the practitioner is offering a spiritual service, hypnosis, coaching or licensed mental health treatment. Choose someone whose qualifications match the kind of support you are seeking.
A spiritual regression should not be presented as a guaranteed replacement for medical or mental health care.
What to Watch Out For
Consider slowing down before booking when a practitioner:
Guarantees a cure, healing or specific result
Pressures you to accept every scene as historical fact
Cannot clearly explain their training
Advertises remote QHHT without explaining the actual modality being used
Cannot describe what happens if the internet disconnects during an online session
Does not disclose whether the session is interactive or scripted
Choosing Between Group and Private Regression

A group regression may be a good starting point when you:
You enjoy guided journeys for low-cost
Are looking or a starting point into past-life exploration
Enjoy the shared conversations within a like-minded community
Want to practice entering an altered state
A private scripted regression may be a good fit when you:
Prefer privacy
Already feel comfortable self-journeying
Can independently follow important scenes
Want fewer questions or interruptions
Enjoy being given space to explore on your own
A privately guided regression may be a good fit when you:
Want the practitioner to respond to your individual experience
Are less familiar with navigating altered states
Want to explore a particular relationship or pattern
Value ongoing questions and dialogue
Want more time within the actual memory
Want a detailed recording of the journey
QHHT or BQH may be a better fit when you:
Want to explore more than one past life
Have a list of present life questions
Want dedicated communication with your Higher Self
Are seeking a longer and more immersive experience
Feel called to explore consciousness beyond a traditional regression
Finding Past Life Regression in Northern Colorado
Connected From Within is located in Loveland, Colorado and offers several ways to explore past lives and multidimensional consciousness.
My current hypnosis offerings include:
Group past life regressions
Private, individually guided past life regressions
In-person QHHT sessions
Remote BQH sessions
Group past life regression and spirit guide workshops
In my privately guided regressions, I remain in dialogue with you throughout the journey. I listen to what you are describing and ask questions that help you explore the specific scenes, relationships and experiences arising for you.
My full QHHT sessions are conducted in person in Loveland in accordance with QHHT guidelines. For people outside Northern Colorado or those who prefer to participate from home, I offer BQH as an online alternative. My current QHHT service includes preparation resources, practice exercises, a 35-minute guided meditation to work with so you're set up for success the day we meet, and include a full recording made with dual microphones to capture both my questions and your responses more clearly.
When traveling for a longer regression or QHHT appointment, consider how much driving you want to do afterward. You may prefer to leave room for food, rest, journaling and quiet reflection rather than immediately returning to a full schedule.
Questions to Ask Before Booking
Use this list when speaking with a potential practitioner:
What type of regression or hypnosis modality do you offer?
What training have you completed?
How many sessions have you facilitated?
How long is the full appointment?
How much time is spent in the actual regression?
Will we have an ongoing dialogue while I am hypnotized?
Will your questions respond to what I am describing?
Is the journey personalized or based primarily on a standard script?
How does your private regression differ from your group experience?
Will the regression be recorded?
Does the recording include both my voice and the practitioner’s questions?
Is the recording included in the price?
What preparation will I receive?
What happens if I struggle to see or sense anything?
How do you respond if strong emotions arise?
What integration or follow-up support is included?
Is the session in person or online?
If it is online, what modality are you using?
What happens if the internet connection is interrupted?
Can we speak before I decide whether to book?
There Is No Single Best Type of Regression
The most expensive or intensive option is not always the experience you need.
A group regression can open the door to a deeply meaningful memory. A private scripted session can create spaciousness for an experienced inner traveler. A responsive one-on-one regression can help you explore details you would not have considered on your own. QHHT and BQH can create room for a broader conversation with consciousness.
The key is understanding the difference before you book. Regardless, if the structure of the session is not what you were expecting, it's important to let go of evaluating the process and give yourself permission to experience it.
